This family yoga class is for kids ages 3-6 years old, exploring mindfulness, play, and yoga asana (movement). We will be moving into different activities to encourage mindfulness through play and connection, creativity, and breathing practices . It will be a 45 min guided practice, accompanied by a 15min slow transition to end the class. The intention of this practice is to offer different ways for your child to engage in yoga and mindfulness, while providing parents/caregivers with some practices you can use at home.
