4-week yoga series exploring gentle and supportive practices to help support your body to rest

The intention is to offer different yoga practices to help support your body and nervous system enter a restful space. No experience is needed and the practices will be done from a trauma informed lens. There is choice around how you may want to engage in the practices, and modifications will also be provided. This is your space to slow down and take some time for yourself.

Our themes for the 4 weeks are:
March 24th - Gentle Yoga Hatha
March 31st - Restorative Yoga
April 7th - Yoga Nidra and Gentle Movement
April 14th - Gentle Yoga Hatha

You are welcome to join 1 session or as many sessions as you would like. There is a discount if you plan on attending all 4 sessions. Each group will start with a brief check-in and a reflection prompt around rest, while then being guided into the practice.
